 All you got to do is arch your back and pop your booty out and start shaking it!

This dance got everybody on their feet and waving their hands from side to side.

 You can just wave one at a time or if you really feeling it hit them with both hands. Huahh!!

Yeet: 

Yeet Dance

This dance right here is pretty unique. All you got to do is swing one arm across your body while leaning back. There you have the YEET!!

DLO Shuffle: 

This dance will have you up on your feet. DLO Shuffle is bopping in a cool way. 

All you have to do is move your legs in a rapid motion from one side to the next.

Shmoney Dance (Bobby Shmurda):

Shmoney Dance

 This dance is real popular now. For this dance all you need to do is lean forward and move your hands and feet in a slow motion, back and forth. Real easy dance that any and everybody can do.

Top 5 Sneakers You Should Not Sleep On

Im going to tell you the top 5 shoes (in my opinion) that should not be slept on, and why.

Lets Go....

1. Way of Wade 2.0 : 305

Way of Wades

You can't sleep on these Li Ning, "Way of Wades". If your a sneakerhead, this black, white, and red colorway is so crisp it has to catch your eyes.

 Featuring nice zig zag contrasts of white on the laces and a skinny black tongue with red logo, these ques add even more flavor and spice to the shoe. So If you are looking for your first pair of  "Way of Wades" these aren't a bad choice.

2. Asics GEL-Lyte III

Asics Gel-Lyte III: This is a great shoes to have in your closet even if your not a sneakerhead. These shoes can go with basically everything jeans, basketball shorts, and cargos.

 I would recommend any color way of Gel-Lyte III's, but I prefer these Gel-Lytes with the New York Knicks colorway. Regardless, these are a pair of shoes that should not be slept on.

3. Puma R698 "Wilderness Pack"

This Puma Shoe like the Asics above, are a casual shoe that can be worn with multiple garments. What makes these my favorite out of the whole collection, are the white speckles on the black laces, and the black and yellow contrast between the upper and the lace holder. 

Also the inside of the shoe has a nice yellow that is shown on the upper of the shoe when worn. To sum it up, this is a high quality shoe that you should consider picking up for your collection.

A lot of people of are aware of Air Griffeys, but still you shouldn't take these shoes lightly. If you have a chance to pick these up, i reccomened you do, because they are still in style and you can wear them with the straps on or off.

 There are multiple ways how you can wear this shoe. As far clothing wise, I suggest wearing these with cargos or jeans because they compliment both of those garments very well.

Okay usually people do not sleep on Air Jordan Retros but I'm starting think people are sleeping on these, because these have been in the store for about a month and a half, and they still have about all the sizes left.

 With these shoes, I feel people are going to regret copping them now, and in a few years they'll end up paying 500 dollars to buy them dead-stock. Take my advice and go get you a pair of Thunder 14s cause, it will benefit you later on.

Here I want to share with you ladies my 5 favorite trends for this summer. I highly suggest ya'll go out and get at least one of these items for your collection.  Enjoy and please comment your thoughts!!!!! 

 Floral print  

• Floral prints are one of my personal favorites. You can pair it with any solid. If you're bold try pairing it with a stripe.

Jean Jacket/Vest  

• I believe a jean vest is a closet staple. Every woman should have some type of denim in their closet. Try putting it with a maxi dress or all black for any casual night out.  

 

Crop Tops

• Crop tops can show off that toned midsection you've been working on all winter. Show your body off with a crop top and nice pair of high waist jeans. You should be able to find both for under $20.

High Waist Jeans

• High waist jeans are very flattering on most body types.Pair it with a nice crop top and your ready to go.  I see this trend lasting for awhile.

Overalls

• Lets take it back to the 90's. You can rock it with one strap off the shoulder, or with both. 90's nostalgia at its finest.

2014 is the year "His Airness" became a billionaire seemingly all of his prized Jordan sneakers. (..that and the Hornets of course...) With every year that passes Michael Jordan makes approximately $80 million off of sneakers alone.

Here are my picks on the hottest point guards in the league to keep your eye on in the upcoming season.  


1.Chris Paul


Reason: He is a 7-time all-star. Practically unstoppable because he can finish at the rim, and step back for a jay. But what makes him the best point guard in the league is his consistency and, ability to find his teammates from anywhere on the court.











2. Tony Parker

Reason: Well he has 4 rings, but if that's not a good enough reason for you. He is a 6-time all-star and a finals MVP in 2007 against the Cleveland Cavaliers.


























3.Russell Westbrook 

Reason: He is the most explosive point guard in the league right now. Crazy hopping ability and can finish above the rim. You do not want to see him if you are a defender on a fast-break.














4. Stephen Curry

Reason: He is the best pure shooter in the league.
He can shoot the ball from anywhere on the court, and can get hot on a drop of a dime. #Clutch

























Rajon Rondo

Reason: He has won a championship with the Celtics. Although he lacks a jump shot, he is probably the best passer in the league. With that alone, he has to be respected as the 5th best PG in the league today.

SPORTS: Lebron - The Decision Part 2

LeBron James makes his final decision to return back to his childhood home Akron, Ohio. He will play for the team where he was originally drafted, the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Lebron James will pair up with the young rising star Kyrie Irving, and the number 1 pick in the 2013-2014 NBA Draft, Andrew Wiggins.

The question that still remains is how does the Miami Heat organization pick up the pieces.

Some spend years in Hollywood on the quest for that "big break".. Others just jump fresh off the plane and get whisked away to a movie set..

When it comes to the Bay Area's own Requia Monae, she's another one who makes it seem all so easy. As if modeling and working on a ton of promising new projects wasn't enough, Requia has hit the silver screen with a nice debut role in the very buzzworthy new film 'Fruitvale Station'. 

Fruitvale is based on the true story of Bay Area resident Oscar Grant, and how he was shot to death by BART Police while he was already being restrained by handcuffs. It is produced by Oscar winner Forrest Whitaker, and stars Micheal B. Jordan and Melonie Diaz. I saw the trailer, and it looks pretty good!
