How does a hot, in demand model keep in shape and stay camera ready these days you ask? Hours and hours of grueling two-a-days, super restrictive diets, and absolutely no days off. (Well, maybe one..) All minor issues if you ask model Lakisa Renee, owner of the svelte frame pictured above.

Besides being the super multi-tasker that we got to know in her first time checking in with us, she is also an IFBB Pro Bikini Fitness Model, and a member of  Team Blade. Yes folks, the same Team Blade helmed by legendary bodybuilder and 2008 Mr. Olympia Dexter "The Blade" Jackson. (..How's that for motivation?)

 Like you've already guessed, Lakisa has a strict workout which ranges from 5 to 6 days a week. Her routine includes weights, cardio, track, ab work, and cross fit training. Her leg work usually utilizes squats, lunges, jumping lunges, dead lifts, leg machines, running, and a couple miles worth of hiking on the stair master. (Ladies take notes... :) )
