Buffie The Body.. Buffie Carruth... Either way you should know both names very well... I mean who could forget the movement.. the covers.. the spreads? Better yet, Who could forget those cheeks.....? lol Ever since her now classic appearance in Tony Yayo's clip "So Seductive", things in the urban pin-up game haven't been quite the same.. She almost single handedly put the focus back on the black woman's physique, and pretty much paved the way for every urban model whose ever hopped in front of a camera with dreams of catching a big break. Not to mention the countless new magazines she helped launch just by being featured on the cover of an issue. So I got to thinking 'bout it and had to ask myself, "Where is Buffie at these days?

Well my friends, she did'nt just disappear. She didn't fall into obscurity like one of Flava Flavs' weekly cast offs, or resort to twerking on World Star Hip Hop (like so many other models are doing now). The Columbia, S.C. native went totally left-field on us and entered the world of fitness. She became a Certified Personal Trainer, and started the company, '+Bodynomics '. Their Facebook page is actually kinda cool, it has tips on how to stay fit and what foods to eat to stay healthy.

Now that we've found out where the iconic and probably the most well known Urban Model in the game has been up to, it's only right we bring her "Back in Business" and post some of the hottest pics from her modeling heyday.
